Cancellation Policy
We HIGHLY recommend travel insurance. Please be aware that it is in your best interest to purchase insurance to protect yourself in the event you need to cancel.
Our current policy is as follows:
Deposit is non-refundable unless an emergency arises or an event must be canceled by the facilitator (full refund will be returned)
Full payment is due 30 days prior to the event
Cancellation within 30 days prior to the retreat date - no refund - unless your space can be filled with another guest. If you cancel within 1 month and have agreed to pay in cash on arrival, your balance is still due and you will be sent an invoice for that balance.
Since last-minute injuries, illnesses, work emergencies, natural disasters, or deaths in the family, unfortunately, do happen, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to protect against any unforeseen events disrupting or preventing your trip from happening.
We highly recommend purchasing a policy with the “cancel for any reason” clause, which will protect your trip payment from ANY unpredicted circumstances. Definitely read the fine print on what it covers to be sure that you are sufficiently protected and be aware of any limits on when you can cancel to be covered.
